Even Santa goes Viking once in a while. This Nordic Father Christmas bust trades the familiar bobble hat for a fur-trimmed hooded cloak, a braided knotwork edge and a long beard bound with cord-style ties.
Look closely and the sculpted detail rewards you: textured fur around the hood, the woven pattern along the cloak, the strap and bronze-tone clasp that fasten it, and the layered strands of the beard. The bust sits on a matching plinth base and arrives glued together as one piece, ready for a shelf, mantelpiece, sideboard or desk.
Made to order and finished by hand in the UK, in matte red, white, grey, brown, bronze-tone and skin-tone plastic. About 17 cm high including the base. Fine layer lines are a natural feature of the printing process.
