Made-to-order processing
Many of our pieces are printed to order. Please check the product page for the dispatch or production time before ordering. Production time is separate from the carrier's delivery time. If no different timeframe is agreed, we will deliver within 30 days of your order. We will contact you if we cannot meet an agreed delivery date.
United Kingdom
Free UK Tracked delivery: £0.00.
Express delivery: £6.99; the current carrier estimate is 1–2 business days after dispatch. Express delivery does not shorten the production time unless we expressly agree otherwise.
Available delivery options and the total charge are shown at checkout before payment. Tracking details are provided when available.
International delivery
We accept orders only for destinations enabled at checkout. Where available, the delivery charges are £14.99 for the European Union and £23.99 for other enabled international destinations. A listed tariff does not mean every country is available. Delivery estimates depend on the destination, carrier and customs and are shown at checkout where available. Please contact us before ordering if your destination is unavailable or you need delivery by a particular date.
Customs and import charges
Any duties or import taxes collected by us will be shown at checkout. Otherwise, local customs authorities may collect import charges from the recipient, where applicable. Contact us if you need clarification before ordering.
Addresses and delivery issues
Please check your delivery address before paying and contact us promptly if it needs correcting. If an order is delayed, missing or damaged in transit, contact newemo14@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange the appropriate resolution. Our responsibility for the goods continues until they reach you or a person you nominate, except where consumer law provides otherwise.
